INFERNAL TENEBRA (Croatia)

From the realms of the metal underground, Croatian based death/thrash metallers Infernal Tenebra emerged in 2012 with the critically acclaimed album “New Formed Revelations”, released by Massacre Records, produced at Fascination Street Studios by Jens Bogren (Kreator, At The Gates, Amon Amarth) and featured in magazines like Metal Hammer, Terrorizer and Rock Hard. Described by journalists as “heavy like a mammoth and furious like Morbid Angel” (Reinier de Vries – powerofmetal.dk), “on this mission to sound unique at all costs they go on quite successfully” (ROCK HARD Germany), an ”artisan-arranged complex and challenging endeavor” (METAL HAMMER Germany) with “the impeccably tight musicianship showcased here is dazzling” (Faye Coulman – Terrorizer UK), “Infernal Tenebra surely do represent a new league of technically skilled Modern Death Metal bands” (Ivan Tibos – ConcreteWeb). The journey to music excellence continued with the 2016 album “As Nations Fall”, produced by Jens Bogren and released by Massacre Records. The album was well received and reached the “album of the month” in Powerplay magazine (UK). Originating with pure black metal in the 1999, adding a death metal foundation in the following years, with two self-released albums “Beneath the Twilight” and “The Essence of Chaos”, the band was constantly pushing and evolving its sound with rock solid rhythms, dynamic and technical solos, powerful vocals and a distinct blend of melody, groove and sheer brutality. Sharing stage and opening for a vast number of metal icons including Behemoth, Gojira, Kreator, Exodus, Fear Factory and Devin Townsend, the band is extremely passionate to play live shows. Infernal Tenebra played on big metal festivals like Bloodstock Open Air (UK), Metaldays (SLO), Brtual Assult (CZ), Metalhead Meeting (RO), Trondheim MetalFest (NO), PPM Fest (BE), Gothoom Open Air (SK). The band did several tours during the last decade including the Japan tour in 2014 with Rotting Christ and Havok, 2016 European tour “Titans of death metal” with Suffocation, Cattle Decapitation and Abiotic, 2017 and 2018 European tour with Six Feet Under and a selected set of tour dates with Testament in 2016. The new album entitled “Origins of Hate”, released on October 31st, 2022, brings nine new tracks, a refreshed lineup, an uncompromising attitude and precise execution, with tunes that are tailored for an intense listening experience. The album is mixed and mastered by Jens Bogren (Fascination Street Studios). The artwork for the album is the result of our close collaboration with Gustavo Sazes (Abstrata) and fits the mood and feel of the album perfectly. With its dedication to music, compositions and performance Infernal Tenebra is the true monument of Croatian extreme metal music.


ANGELCRYPT (Malta)

Angelcrypt are a war themed melodic death metal band, hailing from the island of Malta. Since its inception in 1997, the band has managed to issue no fewer than 9 self-entitled releases. Of which, ‘The Black Hand’ was chosen to be official theme song of Banger TV’s Global Overkill series. The band has participated in a number of important festivals in Malta and across Europe, while supporting the likes of Dark Funeral, Marduk, Rotting Christ, Suffocation, Venom Inc, Carpathian Forest, Grave, Blaze Bayley, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Memoriam and Pestilence to mention only a few. As testament to the band’s work ethic and international achievements, in 2019 the band was nominated for the prestigious ‘Best International Achievement’ award by the Malta Arts Council. Angelcrypt promise to deliver Maltese melodic death metal of the highest calibre accompanied by intense live shows and performances, and given that a number of shows have already been booked in Malta, UK, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium and Greece, 2022 is certainly shaping up to be another memorable year for the band. In 2020 the band announced that it had signed a record deal with Germany based Boersma Records, and that their long-awaited full-length album, Dawn Of The Emperor, was released on Friday, 12th June 2020.


DARK PHANTOM (Iraq)

Dark Phantom is a thrash-death metal band from the middle east, Iraq, Kirkuk. The band was established in 2009 with the idea of creating melodies and songs about war, politics and religious corruption, while mixing modern extreme metal sound with traditional middle-eastern scales and patterns to create a unique sound. This five-piece band have resisted against many obstacles due to Metal music being unwelcome and rejected in the country and the region, yet Dark Phantom strives to play the music they love and bring forth their message of peace and brotherhood.


ARMADA (Mexico)

Death Metal Band Armada was formed in Mexico in 2009. In the same year, they began their work with a tour with Hate, and a year later they were the opening act for Vital Remains. After a two-year break, a Brazilian tour with Nervo Chaos followed in 2012, and a show with Nocturnal Depression in 2013. In 2014, they released their first LP "Rebellion My Religion", and also appeared on the Soundtrack for the Swedish Film named "Cannibal Fog". Armada shared the stage with many famous names like Destruction, Marduk, Origin, Entombed A.D., Enslaved, Necrophobic, Master, Samael, Krisiun, etc ..


ARISES (Croatia)

Arises is an atypical metal band from Zadar, Croatia) with a fifteen years experience of playing all over Croatia and Europe, on club and festival stages, often as support of bigger music names. A band that unites stoner metal, groove and grunge with a clear goal and sound signature. At the beginning of the year, the band promotes the new EP release "Sessions Under a Pale Sun". Recorded in the Zadar studio Twenty Twenty, the EP contains four new groove metal songs with elements of black'n'grunge.


FLESH (Croatia)

Flesh is a metal trio hailing from Croatia that will make you eat yourself alive! Tight leather, heavy metal, bloody riffs, bestial howl. Since 2004 heavy metal trio Flesh from Zagreb (Croatia) defends the metal faith. In 2014 Flesh released self-titled studio album and continued with its mission of poisoning the population with heaviest metal in Croatia. Promotion of the album went succesful on Zagreb's heavy metal program Valhalla in the club Mochvara. The same year they won the band battle where they played with Huntress & Battlecross and ensured performance at the iconic festival – Metaldays 2015! At the beginning of 2015 Flesh released the video for the song Vermin Terror that shocked metal fans. In 2016 Flesh are supporting Powerwolf and Battle Beast on the concert in Zagreb and playing their first Christmas metal gig. Journalists said that they are proof that heavy metal is still alive in Croatia since they play heavy metal with banshee-like shrieks, thunder-pounding drums, entrail-shifting bass and face-melting guitars!
