Dark Funeral is one of the biggest names in black metal, founded by guitarists Blackmoon and Lord Ahriman in 1993 in Stockholm. Their album "The Secrets of the Black Arts" is considered a genre classic. So far, they've released seven albums, and their most recent one, "We Are the Apocalypse", will be promoted at this event. From the start, their lyrics and performances have been staunchly anti-Christian, with Anton Szandor LaVey being more in their favor. The band members are: Lord Ahriman (guitar), Heljarmadr (vocals), Chaq Mol (guitar), Jalomaah (drums), and Adra Melek (bass). Fans of fierce black metal and blast beats should not miss this concert.
Fleshgod Apocalypse returns to Zagreb after nine years. The band was formed in Perugia in 2007, with Francesco Paoli being their driving force, taking on nearly all musical and creative roles at some point. Their style is a mix of symphonic and technical death metal, and from February 2024, they will feature the incredible vocals of Veronica Bordachinni. Their latest album, "Opera", will be presented to Croatian audiences. The band has collaborated with the likes of Epica and Kreator.
Ex Deo is a Canadian death metal band formed in 2008 in Montreal by Kataklysm's charismatic frontman, Maurizio Iacono, who enjoys considerable popularity in Croatia. The band’s theme revolves around the Roman Empire, which is tied to Maurizio’s Italian heritage. During their performances, the band wears modified Roman legionary uniforms. They've released four studio albums and have collaborated with Nergal of Behemoth, Karl Sanders of Nile, and members of bands such as Septicflesh, Graveworm, and Tristania.
Kami No Ikari is a French melodic deathcore band founded in 2020, based in Paris. They are heavily influenced by Japanese culture, incorporating traditional instruments like the koto (a traditional Japanese string instrument), and the band's name means “Wrath of the Gods”.
